e2b has been delivering an array of logistical services to Camden Town Brewery since October 2017. This includes everything from ecommerce fulfilment and marketing support to POS distribution. The brand continues to go from strength to strength and during that time e2b has seen activity on their account expand from an average of 80 orders per month to almost 800.
A key element of our contract with Camden Town Brewery is managing the picking and packing of the company’s glassware which is distributed to the on-trade through a variety of methods. We also manage, deliver and install the company’s pop-up garden bars around the UK during the warmer months.
The account is managed through our single point management process and automated through our bespoke online ordering portal and/or WMS (warehouse management systems). This allows Camden Town Brewery to monitor and check stock levels 24/7 and place orders whenever they have a requirement which they tell us is super helpful. The system has many benefits including: reports on budget control and activity levels making it a huge hit with its finance department.
As the ‘Make it Happen People’ we are always on hand to support with any last minute requests and ad-hoc activity regardless of location. This flexibility has allowed the brand to evolve.
